Mentored by his father, Chuck—a revered former project superintendent at the firm—Jeff inherited a legacy of excellence that he has carried forward with skill and dedication. Known for his deep expertise, dependability, and integrity, Jeff has earned the respect of clients, tradesmen, inspectors, and building officials alike, thanks to years of on-the-job mastery and hands-on mentorship.
Jeff began his career as a residential home builder in 1973, developing into a master carpenter and seamlessly progressing into lead foreman and superintendent roles. When he joined Efraim Carlson in 2000, he brought with him a comprehensive knowledge of construction trades and an unwavering commitment to exceptional craftsmanship. His skill and passion are invaluable assets to our clients, subcontractors, and the firm. With Jeff on-site each day, clients frequently turn to him for project updates, immediate solutions, and friendly, knowledgeable interaction.
As supervisor of daily construction activities, Jeff ensures each project aligns with design, budget, and schedule. He works closely with client representatives, architects, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and inspectors to uphold the high standards that define Efraim Carlson.
